The Oberoi group released the Oberoi STEP (Systematic Training and Education Programme) The Oberoi Group of Hotel’s Systematic Training and Education Programme (STEP) conducts interviews in order to shortlist interested candidates for hospitality management programmes offered by the institute OCLD(Oberoi Centre for Learning and Development) releases Oberoi STEP application form for all the programmes in the month of October/ February, each year. Admission criteria: Candidates must have passed XII examination, as on July 1, from any board that is recognised by the Indira Gandhi National Open University, India (IGNOU). Age criteria: Candidates must be above 18 years and below 20 years of age Important dates: Application start date 1-Feb-20 Last date to fill the application form First week of May 2020 Admit card date May-20 Oberoi STEP 2020 May-20 Oberoi STEP Result 2020 Jun-20 Session Commences Mid- August 2020 Important Documents for Oberoi STEP Interview Round Oberoi STEP application form (One print-out) One passport size photograph Class X certificate (One copy). If any candidate's Class X certificate doesn’t mention the date of birth then they need to carry one copy of their birth certificate at the time of the interview round.
