After login and registration candidates are invited for to fill Online Application Form For AFCAT.

The Indian Air Force is conducting AFCAT or Air Force Common Admission Test for the selection of the officers in all the branches of the organization.

The examination of AFCAT is conducted twice a year, basically in the month of February and August and therefore the application for the same is published every year in the month of December and June respectively.

AFCAT Exam will be held on February month.

AFCAT selection process involves following steps

Air Force Common Admission Test (AFCAT) and Engineering Knowledge Test (EKT – only for Technical branch)
AFSB Interview
Screening test
Psychological test, Group test, Medical Test and Interview
CPSS (Computerized Pilot Selection System) and/ or PABT only for Flying branch
Check, AFCAT Syllabus and Exam Pattern

Flying Branch
Age Between: 20-24 Bachelor Degree in Any Stream with 60% Marks Have Passed Physics and Math in 10+2 Level or BE / B.Tech Degree Physical Eligibility Minimum Height : 162.5 CMS

Ground Duty Technical Branch

Age Between : 20-26 Aeronautical Engineering Electronics : 10+2 Intermediate Minimum 60% Marks in Physics and Math and Minimum 4 Year Graduation / Integrated PG Degree in Engineering / Technology
For Aeronautical Engineering Mechanical : Candidates with Minimum 60% Marks Each in Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 Level and 4 Year Engineering / Technology Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering or Equivalent Degree
