As you want to get the details of percentage which is required to get admission in NIT required in PCM having secured 57% in 12th class so here it is for you: Pass Percentage in Qualifying Examination: Candidates must have studied Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects Candidates must have studied any one of these optional subjects (Chemistry, Bio-technology, Computer Science, Biology) Candidates must have passed with a minimum of 50% marks in total including all subjects Date of Birth: Candidates must be born on the date of or after October 1, 1989 Reserved categories like SC or ST or PwD will be relaxed by 5 years Year of Passing Qualifying Examination (QE): Candidates must have passed Class XII or other qualifying examination in the year 2012 or 2013. OR Candidates who are appearing for Class 12 in 2014 are eligible Candidates must have studied at least five subjects in their Class XII or other qualifying exam. List of Qualifying Exams that are considered for JEE Main 2014: The final examination of the 10+2 system, conducted by any recognized central/ state Board, such as Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi; Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations, New Delhi; etc. Intermediate or two-year Pre-University examination conducted by a recognized Board/ University. Final examination of the two-year course of the Joint Services Wing of the National Defence Academy. H.S.C. vocational examination. Senior Secondary School Examination conducted by the National Institute of Open Schooling with a minimum of five subjects. A Diploma recognized by AICTE or a state board of technical education of at least 3 year duration.
