I want to get the details of BSc Nursing Entrance Exam of PGIMER Chandigarh so can you provide me?

PGIMER BSc Nursing Entrance Exam is conducted by Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER) Chandigarh for admission in B.Sc Nursing (4years) and B.Sc Nursing (Post-Basic) Courses.

Nursing Programmes-

B.Sc Nursing (4 Years) programme (only for female applicants)

B.Sc Nursing (Post-Basic) – 2years programme

Eligibility Criteria -

B.Sc Nursing (4 years) – only for female applicants

10+2 examination passed with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English or any other exam as equivalent thereto with at least 50 percent marks in aggregate.

Applicants appearing in +2 examination can also apply

Age Limit:

Not more than 25 years and not less than 17 years

B.Sc Nursing (Post-Basic) –

Applicants must have passed 10+2 or any other examination equivalent thereto.

Applicants must have passed General Nursing and Midwifery with minimum of 50 percent aggregate.

Registered Nurse and Registered Midwife qualified from a recognized Institute and registered with respective State Nursing Council as approved by Indian Nursing Council (INC) or substitute registration in case of male candidates fully qualified for nursing of men, women and children.

Application Fee:

For General/OBC/OPH candidates is Rs 1000/-
For SC/ST Rs 800/-

Examination pattern:

The entrance examination will consist of 100 question of 100 marks.
