Preparation required for IAS, IPS, IFS Exam after 12th
I have completed class 12 and want to appear in IAS, IPS, IFS Exam . Will you please suggest some preparation tips ? After completion of class 12th you are not eligible to give IAS, IPS, IFS Exam . In order to appear in IAS, IPS, IFS Exam applicants must be Graduate in any dicipine from a recognized University . All these exams are conducted by UPSC. Few preparation tips to crack IAS, IPS, IFS Exam • Study thoroughly through text books and practice writing model answers • You have to be proficient in English, as the questions are set and to be answered only in ENGLISH. • Get hold of previous years’ question papers and try formulating correct and precise answers • Your answers should be analytical, precise, logical and systematic. • For the General English Paper, practice comprehensions, essays, precis and vocabulary exercises from any standard grammar/Civil Services examination handbook • Basic preparations should be made from good text books, with additional backup from a variety of sources e.g. journals, newspapers, topical essays, websites, etc. • For the interview- Knowledge of your subject of study and overall general awareness is a must UPSC Exam Preparation Books Last edited by Neelurk; March 9th, 2020 at 09:34 AM. |
