Step 1:
Firstly candidates must fill the application form along with required information from the employment newspaper generally published in the month of April. sent the filled Application form to the regional centers as mentioned.

Step 2:
Then candidates need to appear for the Preliminary Examination in the month of May or June the aspirants have to take the “Preliminary examinations” consisting of two papers

Step 3:
Candidates who have passed Preliminary Examination are supposed to take the final exam.
