The Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Professional Three Year Course offered by Panjab University is an undergraduate degree in law. The Entrance Exam will be conducted by Panjab University, Chandigarh on June 25, 2017 in offline mode. Four law departments affiliated to Panjab University will offer a total of 597 seats under the LLB Three Year Course through PU LLB 2017. PU LLB Entrance Exam 2017 Important Dates (Tentative) Notification January 10, 2017 Availability of Prospectus and Online Application Form April third week Last date to generate bank challan May last week Last date for submission of application fee at SBI June first week Last date for submitting photograph, signature and application form June first week Last date to make corrections to photo, sign and form June second week Admit Card (with Roll Number and Exam Centre) June third week PU LLB 2017 June 25, 2017 Answer Key July first week Results July first week Counselling July third week Eligibility for PU LLB Entrance Test 2017:- (a) One who has passed / appeared in the final year of Bachelor degree in any faculty of the Panjab University with minimum 45% of the aggregate marks (40% for SC/ST/BC candidates). Or (b) Bachelor degree in any faculty of any other University recognized as equivalent to the corresponding degree of the Panjab University with minimum 45% of the aggregate marks (40% for SC/ST/BC candidates). Provided that if one has Bachelor degree of the Panjab University or any other University recognized by the Syndicate, through Modern Indian Languages (Hindi or Urdu or Punjabi) (Gurumukhi script) and /or in a Classical Language (Sansk rit or Persian or Arabic), the aggregate of 45% marks (40% for SC/ST/BC candidates) is calculated by taking into account the percentage of aggregate marks that had secured at the language exam, excluding the marks for the additional optional paper English and the elective subject taken together. Or (c) Master Degree in any subject from the Panjab University Or (d) Master degree from any other university recognized as equivalent to the corresponding post-graduate degree of the Panjab University. |
