Re: Salary Structure of Hindustan Aeronautics Limited

Monthly remuneration received by each of HAL Officers and Workers, including the system of compensation as given in its regulations.

The compensation payable to Executives of the Company is administered by the Rules issued by the Department of Public Enterprises (DPE), Government of India.

The compensation payable to Workmen are settled through arrangements with the perceived Trade Unions of Workmen, as per the Guidelines issued by the Department of Public Enterprises, Government of India.

The overall Scales of Pay in regard of Executives and Workmen are given underneath:

Note:

Notwithstanding the Basic Pay payable according to the Scales of Pay showed above, workers are qualified for installment of Dearness Allowance; settlement in Company Quarters on ostensible lease or installment of House Rent Recompense; different Allowances/Benefits; Performance Related Pay/Productivity Motivating forces; Leave; Free Medical offices for self and ward family individuals; Canteen Facilities; Superannuation Benefits; other Welfare offices; and so on according to Company's Rules.
