Science Graduate Eligible For CA Exam
I am interested in giving Chartered Accountancy exam as I am a Science Graduate.Am I eligible or not ?

Yes definitely you are eligible as Chartered Accountant is concerned , it is an examination organised by ICAI in two parts and any science graduate can take they had studied Maths. The CA course will take up to 5 years for the completion. The Chartered Accountancy courses is controlled by the ICAI .Applicants who passed their graduation with specific percentage are eligible to directly register for IPC (CA Intermediate) without appearing for CPT Exam. CA includes four following steps given below: 1) Common Proficiency Test (CPT) 2) Integrated Professional Competence Course (IPCC) 3) Three years Articleship/ Traning under a Practicing CA 4) C. A. Final In first stage you have to clear the CPT-entrance exam to do CA course. The test consists of following sections: General economics Quantitative aptitude Accounting Mercantile laws Total marks carries 200 The exam is divided into two sections like Section-A Merchant Laws :- 40 marks Fundamentals Of Accounting,:- 60 marks Section-B Quantitative aptitude:- 50 marks General economics:-50 marks Eligibility For IPCE: Applicants have to pass CPT and 10+2 exam to get eligible Applicants have to enroll for this examination at 9 months before examination,after registration for the IPCC you have to take 100hours ITT course with ICAI. After passing IPCE Applicants are going to enter into the final course called Articleship After the articleship you have to write the final course that will be specialized in Auditing Accounting Taxation |
