Eligibility:
Indian Unmarried Male citizens who have sports certificate/Efficiency at International/Junior or Senior Championship and All India Inter University Championship in:
Athletics, Basket Ball, Boxing, Kabaddi, Volleyball, Wrestling, Fencing, Handball, Tennis, Sailing, Windsurfing, kayaking/ Rowing and have done sailing and windsurfing etc.
