Step by Step Guide to fill in a Demand Draft (DD) Application Form for State Bank of India (SBI)

Step I:

Go to any SBI Branch near you.

Step II:

On achieving the branch get a Demand Draft/Banker's Check Application Form from the Customer Help Desk Counter. It will resemble the application shape connected previously.

Step III:

Fill in the Application Form, as indicated by the rules given underneath: (Refer to outline)

Name of the Branch you are right now applying to for the Demand Draft.

Put a tick stamp on the Draft choice to choose it, since this is a double shape for Bankers Check as well.

Write the present date.

The DD is to be made for "Name of Organization"

Fill in the sum (in words) for which you need to make the DD. It would be ideal if you confirm the sum according to current guidelines, previously filling it in.

At the "Payable At" field, fill in "Branch Details"

At the "Payable At Branch" field, fill in "as required"

The candidates signature comes here.

Write your Full Name and Residential address (ideally how it shows up in your ASOC Application Form).

Fill in the Amount of DD (according to necessity) and Fill in the Exchange/Commission Amount. Add up to it up in the Total field.

Mark of the beneficiary comes here. You may sign here heretofore, aside from if someone else will gather it for your benefit.

Step IV:

Fill in the Counter Foil on the left half of the frame, hovered in Orange:

Compose the present date.

Write down your Full Name as it shows up on the primary form.

The DD is to be made for "Name of Organization"

At the "Payable At/Branch" field, fill in "Branch Details"
