Tentative schedule
The online and offline registration starts in the month of May 2017.

The online and offline registration closes in the month of June 2017.

The exam will happen in the month of July 2017.

The TNPCEE result will be officially announce in the month of July 2017.

Eligibility
The candidate must be a native of Tamil Nadu.

He or she must be a fulltime student passing or appearing for Higher Secondary Examination.

The candidate must secure 60% and above marks in 10+2 level.

The candidates preferring engineering program must have Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry as main subject in 11th and 12th standard.

The candidates preferring medical program must have Physics, Chemistry and Biology or Physics, Chemistry, Botany and Zoology as main subject in 11th and 12th standard.

Exam pattern
The entrance examination consists of following papers. The papers are objective type with multiple choice questions from following areas Biology Physical Sciences (Questions in Physics and Chemistry) Mathematics Vocational Subjects (For Vocational stream candidates) Aptitude Test in Architecture (Compulsory for B. Arch. Candidates)
