Hi! I happened to see this post of yours. I'm a student at the University of Minnesota Twin Cities, involved with a student group that is currently reviewing University of Minnesota Police Department policies, and in the near future, recommending changes to these policies. We're also looking into some University policies that are not Police Department policies, but are campus wide policies.
While I do not know much about the Duluth Campus policies, including U of M Duluth Police policies, I'm interested in the same information you are, and I'm also interested in helping you based on my experiences on the Twin Cities campus.
