I want to know about the yadavpur university of Library Science department Dear I want to say that Jadavpur University that provides course in Library Science Library Science Deatails: 1)This Department was inducted to the Arts Faculty of Jadavpur University in the year 1964 and till 1984, 2) B. Lib. and Inf. Science Course of one-year duration 3)Department started a full time Masters Degree course and B. Lib & Inf. Science is offered as an evening course of 1 and half years duration. Jadavpur University is a public state university located in Kolkata in the state of West Bengal in India. It was established in 1955. Department: Library & Information Science This Department was inducted to the Arts Faculty of Jadavpur University in the year 1964 and till 1984, it conducted only B. Lib. and Inf.
