Can you tell me in detail about the eligibility criteria for individual candidates for ILT / OLT courses as offered by BPCL or Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd SAP Training Centre? Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd. (BPCL) is a Fortune 500 company and one of Platt Top 250 best companies in the world, BPCL takes pride in being the first PSU Oil company in India to have implemented SAP R/3 at all locations spread all over India. Eligibility Criteria for individual candidates - ILT / OLT courses SAP Partner Academy trainings are intensive in nature. It is essential to have good domain knowledge to undertake SAP Trainings. One must possess minimum16 years of formal education, appropriate academic qualification, backed by domain knowledge. Good domain experience covering various aspects of the domain is very useful for functional trainings in particular. The preferred qualification for undertaking training in various modules is given below: ABAP BE/B-Tech ( CS / IT ), MCA, MSc-IT with no work experience. SCM Order Fulfillment BE/B-tech + MBA or MBA and 2+ years of relevant domain Experience, preferred from FMCG, Channel Sales and Distribution circles. SCM Procurement BE/B-tech + MBA or BE/B-tech and 2+ years of relevant Domain Experience FI CA/ICWA/CS/ MBA (Fin) and 2+ Years of relevant Domain exp PP BE/B-tech + MBA or BE/B-tech and 2+ years of relevant Domain Experience HCM MBA (HR) and 2+ Years of relevant domain experience (Not only recruitment but it should be HR generalist profile having experience in payroll will be an added advantage.). PM B-tech + MBA or BE/B-tech and 2+ years of relevant Domain Experience Longer domain experience with relaxed educational qualifications may be considered for enrollment in ILT / OLT courses. For NGP courses, the experience of one SAP component is must before opting for any of NGP courses like SCM, BI or GRC. The candidates must understand the prerequisites for enrolling in the SAP course in terms of educational qualification and / or related domain work experience before enrolling for any SAP course at our centre. They should also read and understood the terms and conditions of enrolling for any ILT, VLC, OLT programme and accept the same.
