Hey as The Grievance Redressal Cell of the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority looks into complaints from policyholders

About cell
Complaints against Life and Non-life insurers are handled separately. This Cell plays a facilitative role by taking up complaints with the respective insurers.

Working hours
Monday 8 AM to 8 PM
Tuesday 8 AM to 8 PM
Wednesday 8 AM to 8 PM
Thursday 8 AM to 8 PM
Friday 8 AM to 8 PM
Saturday 8 AM to 8 PM
Sunday closed

Private Insurers:
