Physical Standards For CAPF Assistant Commandant
I want to know the physical standard required to apply for UPSC Central Forces Assistant Commandants Exam? Candidates who shall be declared qualified in the written examination of UPSC Central Forces Assistant Commandants Exam will be required to be presented for the Physical Standards/Physical Efficiency Tests and Medical Standards Tests. Those candidates, who shall meet the prescribed Physical Standards, will be asked to undergo through the Physical Efficiency Tests. Physical Standards: For Men For Women Height 165 cm 157 cm Chest 81 cm (86 cm expanded) NA Weight 50 kg 46 kg Pregnancy at the time of PET will be a disqualification and pregnant female candidate will be rejected. Physical Efficiency Tests (PET):- The following tests will be conducted at various Centres to be notified after the results of the written examination: Sr. No. Tests Males Females 1. 100 Meters race in 16 seconds in 18 seconds 2. 800 Meters race In 3 minutes 45 seconds In 4 minutes 45 seconds 3. Long Jump 3.5 Meters (3 chances) 3.0 Meters (3 chances) 4.
