DAV College Chandigarh was founded in 1958. This colleges offer M. sc Zoology through the department of zoology. Following are the details of admission in this course:

Eligibility
The applicant should have completed B.Sc. (Pass) with Zoology having at least 50% marks in aggregate, of the Panjab University or from any other University recognized by the Syndicate as equivalent
Thereto;

Documents required at the time of admission:
Attested copies of Board or University Certificates
An attested copy of the certificate of good conduct
Three copies of recent passport size photograph.
Certificates relevant to claim any reserved category status.
Affidavit explaining gap year/years, if any.
Certificates in support of claim for weightage/weightages.
Eligibility certificate.
Foreign students are admitted if they have eligibility certificate from Panjab University and a long term visa.
An attested photo copy of residence proof/Aadhar Card/Voter Card/Passport etc.
