Punjab Food Inspector (PFI) Exam is conducted by the Punjab Government .

Eligibility :
Nationality
Candidate shall be a:
Citizen of India; or
Citizen of Nepal; or
Subject of Bhutan; or
Tibetan refugee

Educational Qualification:

Candidate should be a graduate from a recognized University.

Exam Pattern

Candidates will have to answer the questions on the following main topics:
Hindi language: 13 Questions
English Language: 12 Questions
General Knowledge: 25 Questions
Mental Ability/ Reasoning: 50 Questions
Mathematical Skills: 25 Questions
Computer Efficiency: 25 Questions

Total Number of Questions: 150

Duration of Exam: two and a half hour/ 150 Minutes

Marking Strategy:
Penalized in the form of 0.25 mark deduction for each wrong answer.
